I can tell she’s trying to avoid me, but I can’t help but feel this tug in the middle of my chest that keeps reeling me towards her-even though I know that’s the last thing I should do. She seems a little bit rude, and a whole lot crazy, but for some reason I think my heart’s in trouble.
And for some reason, she thinks I’m married.

Unfortunately for Marco, he's not a Swiftie and doesn't seem to understand that.
But now, my mother has unfortunately overcome her fear of flying and surprised me by showing up on the island!
That wouldn't be a problem except I never told her that Marco and I broke up, and she is expecting him to propose. That might be because that's the story I fed her to keep her from bugging me about moving back home!
Now I have to convince Marco to pretend we are still together. At least until my mom leaves.
MARCO:
Pretend that we're still together? HECK YES!!
I'm all in on this one. I finally have the chance to convince Cheryl we never should have broken up in the first place.
I'm about to give Cheryl's mom the best show of her life and act like a man who's completely smitten with her daughter, because for me-that's no act.
This time I'm pulling out all the stops to win her back and make her mine.
Again.
Starting a new chapter of your life in a new town shouldn’t be this hard.
And shouldn’t involve getting arrested.
To say I'm exited for you to read Kaylee Mallory (a fan favorite from Diving into the Sun) and Walker Jackson's story is an understatement!! It's a meet-cute for the books (literally!)
